Why wouldn’t I hire a full-time designer?
Hiring a full-time designer can cost over $100k annually, not including benefits, training, and other overheads. With our subscription, you get high-quality work without the long-term commitment or extra expenses.
Can I add a bunch of design requests at once?
Absolutely. Drop in as many as you want. They’ll just be worked on one at a time, in the order they’re added to your list.
How fast do I get my designs back?
Most requests are wrapped up in around two business days. Bigger or more detailed projects can take a little longer, but the turnaround is still way faster than the usual agency route.
Who’s doing the design work?
All designs are crafted by me, Kurt, the designer. You’ll work directly with me, ensuring a personal and consistent experience.
What tools do you use?
Everything’s done in Figma. It’s collaborative, easy to use, and makes sharing designs simple.
How do I send in design requests?
We keep it simple with Trello. Just add your requests there whether it’s a quick note, a doc, wireframes, or even a Loom video. If it can live in Trello, it works.
What if I’m not loving the design?
No stress. Revisions are unlimited. We’ll keep tweaking until you’re 100% happy
What if I just need one project?
That’s totally cool. Knock out your project, then pause your subscription. Come back anytime when you’ve got more design work lined up.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can pause or cancel the subscription anytime you want.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of work, we do not offer any refunds.
